My mother and I stayed here for 5 nights in a 2br villa estate. It was fantastic!!! The ambience, the food, the accomodation, the spa all amazing but the staff are what make it special. Everyone was so very supportive and nothing was too much trouble. From security to the front reception desk to the ladies at the spa and the wonderful restaurant staff. The grounds keepers and the cleaners were all such warm people and always had a lovely smile for us each time we saw them. Thank you for making our girls trip a great one! I stayed here over 10 years ago and so pleased to say it still impressed me 10 years later. Thanks again The Amala. See you soon!
The Amala – Seminyak, Impeccable accomodation and service. The Amala was amazing, I can’t recommend this place enough. A gentleman by the name of Gita went far above and beyond in every aspect he’s an asset to the business and made our stay unforgettable. The cocktails were delicious, the food was great and they were able to cater for a coeliac, the accommodation was impeccable and the staff were faultless. I highly recommend The spa villa. The in-house wellness spa was cheap and very well executed.
Just got back from a wonderful stay at the Amala. First time to Bali and did not disappoint. The retreat is close enough to all the action whilst far enough to not feel too busy as soon as you step outside the front doors. The staff were so friendly. Could not do enough for us. The massages were pure heaven and the cooking class was brilliant! Will definitely stay again if we head back to Bali. A real kick back and relax feel.
Highly recommend this villa. Can’t go wrong to choose it if you plan for Bali. It’s not a huge resort, so you get more attention from the staff with speedy response. The receptionist has been amazing from I check in until I check out. Massage in hotel is simply superb, a must try, I managed to book with a very short notice. They use beautiful scent all around the villa, smells nice wherever you walk. The shampoo and body wash provided smell heavenly, is of brand Sensatia, a local one expertised in essence oil. Also did a complementary morning yoga class. So many positives, can’t list them all. If I come to Bali again, I will without any doubt book it again.
